My fiancee purchased a diamond engagement ring from Elliot's. A few months later, the prongs started to come apart. I took it to him to fix and all he did was build up the prongs. The prongs looked awful. I've been back to him 3 times since then for him to fix the prongs, and each time it still looks the same. The work looks very sloppy and all of my prongs are uneven and different sizes. I am very disappointed in Elliot's and will be taking my ring somewhere else to have it fixed correctly.
