everyone should know that this jewler is also the owner of ipawn.com . WHAT A RIP OFF ARTIST. Elliot offered me less than 10% of the certified appraisal of the item after they received in house( after offering me more in their online appraisal) then i had to fight with them all day to get them to return the bracelet. They must have called me at least 10 times the day they received my item trying to convince me to take the offer. Each time I refused, then they would call again, and again. I had to ""fight"" for the return of my jewelry. and of course they send it back to me , but not fedex the way it was picked up. it was returned to me by regular mail. this was a terrible experience for me and due to this i will never use, Elliot's Jewelers or an online pawn broker again.
