A friend and I went to Kinara Thai Bistro the other night and had an enjoyable time. The restaurant appears to have been remodeled recently, since everything looked new. And it's very CLEAN! We went early, which we always do when dining out, and I would recommend this to anyone planning to dine here. It's a smaller place, probably not well suited for parties of more than, say, 10 people. (Tip: If you want a quiet, romantic dinner for 2, get there early and ask to be seated in the back room.) But they offer takeout and the food is exceptional. We both ordered specials and were very satisfied with our food. The Thai iced tea was perfect and so was the service. The prices are very reasonable, making this an ideal place for students and scholars alike. The atmosphere is warm and professional without being stuffy. I'm looking forward to going back VERY soon to try the garlic and pepper chicken, and my friend has her eye on the beef salad. Give this place a try -- you'll be glad you did!
