Review content:
I took a flute in to be re-padded and was told it would take two weeks. It didn't. No one ever called to let me know it would take longer than this or to notify me of the status of my repair, even though I was told at the end of several phone calls that someone would get back to me and let me know what was going on. Three months later, after countless phone conversations and mounting frustration, I finally considered contacting an attorney to recover my property. Miraculously, the flute was then ready to pick up less than a week later. When I brought it home, I discovered that one of the keys was sticking and that the flute is still, after three months and $200 in repairs, unplayable. They offered me six months of free adjustments, but for obvious reasons I won't be taking it back to them, which means I'll have to pay someone else to finish the work they started. One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had.
