Review content:
I thought I had done my research well. Checked the BBB and had several pool contractors come to my home. Please note, Blue Dolphin pools is no longer on the BBB website. He had 6 complaints when I hired him, the following spring that number was up to 16! My 4 day pool took 4 months. I have attached photos, you be the judge. To his credit, the unlevel pool was torn out and repaired. The initial dig was on 4-28-10, the green pool was July 4th weekend. It was finally finished late August just in time for the end of the season. The tanning shelf was cracked due to improper installation. He did replace that as well. He didn't show to close the pool like stated in the contract until I called and called and called. The pool was finally closed in October. In the spring I opened to pool to find large pieces of broken off concrete laying in the bottom of the pool. He said, ""it is what it is"" and noted he really did not know what to do about it. He blamed the concrete guy. I hired an attorney and the pool is usable but not worth what I payed for it. Best advice, check out Mossing pools. I wish I would have gone with them instead. Email me... you are more than welcome to come see my damaged/raw edge pool.
