Blue Dolphin was completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and very poor workmanship. You will not get a returned call and they will never finish the work they promised. You will have to hire someone to finish the job or fight them in court to get your money back. I would highly encourage you to find anyone else to install a pool or to try to do it yourself. Here is an example where you can save significant money and install your pool months earlier! I helped a friend put one in.
