Review content:
We chose Blue Dolphin because of there great presentation and friendliness at the Home Show last winter. Needless to say I spent many hours waiting for them to show up to do various steps of our instillation.
Finally when it was up and ready to go the new salt system was started incorrectly. When we called numerous times to ask questions or ask someone to come look at it , we were ignored, no return calls ect..
My husband and I had to figure it out ourselves. Now it is the end of Oct. and as agreed in our contract tha they were to come and close the pool the first year as part of the deal. Needless to say again numerous texts, calls have been made to them with no return.
Unfortunately we paid in advance before the pool was done or maybe we would have had some leverage??
Needless to say don`t be fooled by a friendly person and don`t pay your complete bill till a job is done in full!!
