Boy-that person has a personal problem! Sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee. I always get great service here. They go above and beyond. My entire barn gets their blankets repaired. at Saddlers Row. They are prompt,reasonable, and easy to deal with. They even return them in a zipper bag for storage. My daughter is very fussy about her riding attire and they will literally spend hours with her to find the perfect outfit. Great place to shop-very knowledgeable staff and plenty of inventory to choose from no matter what your budget.
Pros: Great staff and inventory.
Cons: Wish they had more evening hours
