Damage to saddle in for repairs 8/19/2010

I've been a happy customer for years, but was very disappointed today when I picked up a dressage saddle I had taken in for a minor repair. One of the flaps was bent, to the extent that it no longer hands flat, and there are creases in the knee roll. The padding in the knee roll is now lumpy. I pointed this out to the woman helping me, and tried to smooth the flap down in the store, to no avail. She went to Frances the owner, who apparently also tried to smooth it down, but who was ultimately indifferent to my situation. No acknowledgment of the problem, no apology and no remedy were forthcoming. I wish they had taken decent care of the saddle I left in their care. more

Incredible inventory-great staff 6/10/2008

Boy-that person has a personal problem! Sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee. I always get great service here. They go above and beyond. My entire barn gets their blankets repaired. at Saddlers Row. They are prompt,reasonable, and easy to deal with. They even return them in a zipper bag for storage. My daughter is very fussy about her riding attire and they will literally spend hours with her to find the perfect outfit. Great place to shop-very knowledgeable staff and plenty of inventory to choose from no matter what your budget. Pros: Great staff and inventory. Cons: Wish they had more evening hours more

Best deal in town 5/17/2008

The above user sounds like they have a personal issue in my book. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my show equipment! Great customer service as well! In my experience, everyone was well educated in the products they sell. I would recomend them to anyone! more

Psychotic Employee's and Mindless Owners... Warning Don't Go!!! 3/11/2008

This is the worst place you could want to go to get your Riding gear, or to get your Blankets repaired. The Person that does the repairs should be doing it from a Padded room... Iren Beasie is a nut case. She has mental issues and brings them to work, then goes and takes it out on the Employees. Pros: Qute Girls Working there...
