Elite Collision Center is a rip off and they charge you for unknown issues without knowing the real problem. I initially took my car in for front brake repair which I paid for. I left the shop with AC problems and my air was running hot in 100 degree weather. I returned to let them fix the problem and they did not discover the issue. I was charged $285.03 for an unknown issue that they admitted trying to find the issue through a Google search. I paid the $285.03 and the air was still running hot. I was so dissatisfied that I took the car back and asked them to repair because they did not solve the problem. Unfortunately, the problem still remains and I picked my car up, rolled down the windows when I arrived home and both driver and passenger front windows will not roll up. I believe they had something to do with this problem because they know the AC is not working properly and people do not roll down the windows in summer time. I am so unhappy with the service I have received and the fact that they have charged me for every single thing but fixing the problem.I spent over $800 in 1 month of repairs on my BMW X5 and I still have issues. It is annoying to take your car into a shop and you leave with a new issue every time.
The customer service is average but this place will not go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer. They will try to charge you for every single thing without knowing the issue. If they do not charge you, beware because they will do something to your car for you to come back. I will never recommend anyone to Elite Collision Center.
