Do Not Trust Elite Collision Center 8/23/2012

Elite Collision Center is a rip off and they charge you for unknown issues without knowing the real problem. I initially took my car in for front brake repair which I paid for. I left the shop with AC problems and my air was running hot in 100 degree weather. I returned to let them fix the problem and they did not discover the issue. I was charged $285.03 for an unknown issue that they admitted trying to find the issue through a Google search. I paid the $285.03 and the air was still running hot. I was so dissatisfied that I took the car back and asked them to repair because they did not solve the problem. Unfortunately, the problem still remains and I picked my car up, rolled down the windows when I arrived home and both driver and passenger front windows will not roll up. I believe they had something to do with this problem because they know the AC is not working properly and people do not roll down the windows in summer time. I am so unhappy with the service I have received and the fact that they have charged me for every single thing but fixing the problem.I spent over $800 in 1 month of repairs on my BMW X5 and I still have issues. It is annoying to take your car into a shop and you leave with a new issue every time. The customer service is average but this place will not go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer. They will try to charge you for every single thing without knowing the issue. If they do not charge you, beware because they will do something to your car for you to come back. I will never recommend anyone to Elite Collision Center. more

Surprise balance when car finished 8/3/2012

Will never do business with this company again. Called to say car was ready - DID NOT say it was going to be extra for a new tire they put on. We had a new tires for the truck that had not been put on yet that could have been brought in. Surprised at the additional $100 due when the truck was picked up. Repairs were started before estimate of cost - hid behind some agreement with the insurance company. Courtesy to the customer to know what the repairs are going to run, and courtesy to let us know it would be more than the deductible when finished. more

I would recommend this auto body repair shop to anyone who must have work done on their vehicle. I can't say enough about how nice they are and what great work they do. I have seldom experienced such complete satisfaction with a business as I did with these people. more

I personally never thought I would write a review for a auto body shop, but Elite Collision deserves it. They did work on two of my vehicles. Their customer service is outstanding, the people are great, both vehicles looked beautiful when completed, and both were ready before they were originally promised. I highly recommend them. more

Fantastic 5/15/2011

I was in Arizona from out of state, and got in a terrible accident. When I dropped off my car, I forgot all my shoes and my glasses. A nice man from Elite, brought them to me so I had them. more

The one thing above all else is that you can trust them. 4/28/2011

I've been using Elite Collision Center since I bought my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. It has 195,000 miles on it, and they've kept it going perfect. I recently had a small accident, and with the repairs they made to it you can't even tell it's been in the accident! I also had them renovate a seat, and it looks brand new. Both sides of their operations, auto repair shop and body repair shop, are really good. I've referred I don't know how many clients there, and I've never had a single complaint.
