I was a new client with three dogs with diarrhea. All three dogs received a thorough examination by an extremely caring vet. He talked to me at length about them (we had just moved and there was a lot of stress involved with all four of us) and spent at least 45 minutes with us AFTER closing. The meds that were prescribed did the trick and they were better in two days. The bill was 1/3 of what it would have been at my old vet's office in middle Tennessee.
Pros: Gave extra time and detailed attention past closing time
