I have had such a great experience at Cat and Cow. I have a very stubborn kitten and Dr. Allen really helped our family out a lot by helping her to heal after she was declawed and fixed. They are so sweet and kind, and their rates are the best around. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/5/2012

Dr. Christie Allen at the Cat and Cow Clinic has compassionately cared for all of my animals for the last several years. Last Christmas eve at her former clinic she sat with my sick dog all night and kept us apprised of his condition the entire time. Because of her warmth and expertise we knew that we would always seek her advice and care no matter where she was practicing, so of course we followed her to the Cat and Cow Clinic. The staff and setting of this clinic are truly wonderful. Some dr. visits are routine and some are not. So, when we do have to face disturbing news or decisions the atmosphere of this clinic, inside and out, provides the serenity needed at the time. more

I love all the staff at Cat and Cow. They are always very nice and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the quality care my pets receive and the country setting makes any wait time more enjoyable. We usually see Dr. Christine, our favorite, but at our last visit we saw Dr. Christy,a wonderful vet as well. We highly recommend Cat and Cow to everyone. more

The Best Vet Around 5/21/2010

I have only been going to see Dr. Ann and Dr. Joe for about 3 years now and I absolutely LOVE them!!! I lost my best friend last September and they were absolutely wonderful and caring. I have never had an experience like that before. They sent me a sympathy card for my loss and were genuinly concerned on my next visit. I recommend them every chance I get!!! I will not go anywhere else!!! I love these people. Pros: Excellent care and service more

Cat and Cow Clinic 4/20/2010

I have been a client of Dr. Ann Dye for many years. The quality of care is execellent. She is so good with my dogs and always takes time to explain every proceedure while comforting my babies. The staff is efficent and caring when I arrive for my apointment taking time to greet me and calling my sweeties by name. No reason to ever use anyone but Cat and Cow clinic. Pros: Excellent Professional Care more

Super Vets 2/26/2010

Dr. John Loftin is now working there and he is one of the best vets in the south if not the country. He genuinely cares for your pet and has a terrific bedside manner. He has been our vet for over 40 years. He even treated our horses back when he was still doing a large animal practice too. He tells me that if I can't ever get in touch with him that I should feel the same confidence in any of the other vets that practice there. I'd be hard pressed to ever go anywhere else. Pros: Have one of the best vets in the south working there Cons: lobby is a little crowded more

Great clinic 1/18/2010

We had one dog neutered, no complications, no complaints. After our adopted shelter puppy became ill, we took him to a vet in another town, paid a lot of $$ and he was worse. We immediately took him to Cat & Cow, and even though he had to stay overnight for several days, he is much, much, improved and after five days of overnight care, meds, food, etc, our bill was only slightly higher than the one night stay/supposed care at the other vet. Very disappointed in the other place, but extremely pleased with Cat & Cow. Although it is an hour from our house, we will never go to another clinic besides Cat & Cow. It was also highly recommended by both of our equine vets! Pros: Excellent care and reasonable prices Cons: Limited parking, but not a big deal more

Excellent caring veterinay clinic 10/11/2009

I was a new client with three dogs with diarrhea. All three dogs received a thorough examination by an extremely caring vet. He talked to me at length about them (we had just moved and there was a lot of stress involved with all four of us) and spent at least 45 minutes with us AFTER closing. The meds that were prescribed did the trick and they were better in two days. The bill was 1/3 of what it would have been at my old vet's office in middle Tennessee. Pros: Gave extra time and detailed attention past closing time more

Desoto County's Premier Veterinary Surgeon 9/17/2009

All of my dogs are cared for by Dr. Dye. I have tried others in an attempt to save money, but I have found that Cat and Cow has very competitive prices. Dr. Dye is highly experienced and compassionate. Pros: Highly experienced, Reasonable prices, Excellent staff more

Broke my puppy's claws off 8/29/2009

We took out puppy for a routine neuter. As if he wasn't in enough pain with his surgery, the staff was rude. He was limping and his paws were tender. This is when I noticed that 4 of his claws had been broken in half. We will NEVER use them again. Cons: Terrible service and disgustingly dirty more

Terrific Care, Great Prices, Friendly and Helpful staff. Loving and Concerned Doctors 1/22/2009

I have been using Cat & Cow for 14 years now. I now live in Memphis, but I still make the drive to Olive Branch when my pets need attention. I have checked with offices in Memphis and you can not beat Cat and Cow for immunization prices and other services. Dr. Ann and her staff are loving, compasionate and very knowledgeable. They treat a variety of animals so be prepared for anything. They have a monkey, mountain lion and a vast variety of farm animals. I enjoy seeing what they have new when I visit. They are affiliated with MSU school of veterinary medicine and they have apprentices each year. Cons: It is located a little off the beaten track, but that is part of its charm more

Can't be beat 11/4/2005

My inlaws have been using Cat and Cow for years. The staff there simply can't be beat. The take their time in making diagnosis and never order up tons of tests just to make money. more
