Review content:
I have used the Mark-it several times for our organization and they have been very helpful and get our orders together quickly each time. I needed help designing one of our shirts, and they were patient and ended up with just the right thing. They even keep some of the transfers on hand so if one of our members wants to stop in and pick up a shirt, they can make it for them same-day. The ordered ones only take about a week.
I have never had them be ""snarky"" to me. I have come in towards the end of the day and seen the folks there looking pretty tired... maybe someone had a bad day when they helped the person who did the other review. I wouldn;t want you to NOT try the Mark-It based on that. My experiences have been many and GOOD!
