Mark It

I have used the Mark-it several times for our organization and they have been very helpful and get our orders together quickly each time. I needed help designing one of our shirts, and they were patient and ended up with just the right thing. They even keep some of the transfers on hand so if one of our members wants to stop in and pick up a shirt, they can make it for them same-day. The ordered ones only take about a week. I have never had them be ""snarky"" to me. I have come in towards the end of the day and seen the folks there looking pretty tired... maybe someone had a bad day when they helped the person who did the other review. I wouldn;t want you to NOT try the Mark-It based on that. My experiences have been many and GOOD! more

The Mark-It is an old business within the St. Joseph area that has been bought and sold numerous times and with that, has lost its charm and class. My company DID business with this business and time after time, received TERRIBLE customer service with RUDE and SNARKY employees. Needless to say, we will not be using this place of business for our embroidery needs any longer. I would not recommend to anyone else, especially a business. more
