Review content:
Yes, they're still in business if you can call it that. But if you're calling them to take care of what you already paid for to get them to live up to their promises- forget about a returned call. I've been calling several times a year for over five years now to get about $50.00 worth of warranty work done. Still no returned call! Apparently BBB complaints havent changed anything - BBB has handled 16 complaints on them in the last 12 months!
