I am happy with my photos and was happy with the service on the day of the my indoor and outdoor photos. However, the management left alot to be desired. I was told I could order certain photos for my album and another unique set of photos for the accompanying DVD. However, on the day I was picking the photos out they changed their minds and informed me that in order for me to get the photos I wanted (which were unique from the album, I had to buy ALL the photos they had taken. That was the rip off part. This happened over 2 years ago and I still rememeber. As I result, I did not use them for my actual wedding day photos as well as family photos which I had once my son was born. Too bad... Bad business management and they lost out on alot of potential business so they could milk me for another $700. I spent over $6K on business that I would have gladly given to them if the managers had been polite and respectful.
