Review content:
Thought it would be a good idea to have a professional come in and see if we could do anything to make our home more comfortable in the Winter. InfraVision's owner promptly came out and inspected every room, wall, and window with an infrared thermal imaging camera. We walked the house together and he showed me what the camera saw: leaky window moldings, door thresholds, and doorwall seams where cold air was just pouring in. He pointed out a section of very cold wall in the bedroom - later, I went up into the attic and discovered the insultation had been pulled away by a cable TV installer years earlier - was able to easily push the insulation back into place so it could do its job again. He gave me a simple list of materials and explained what to do to fix the quick hitters myself and address the heat loss. Worked out great!
