This is a horrible store with even worse management. I came in to purchase a specific product which I normally use and love. The elder woman insisted me into buying this more expensive hair mask and shampoo. I was hesitant in trying something new, but she had told me if I didnt like it i could bring it back or get a store credit. The next day I came in and was helped by someone new. That employee told me something different and that the brand i had purchased was non returnable. I was furious when she told me this because not only did i spend over $100 on two products which i did not come in for, but the employee who sold it to me did not tell me it was non returnable! I asked if i could speak with a manager and guess who it was?! ... the elder woman who sold me the products. The employee told me that there was nothing she could do and that the manager was busy at the moment. I walked around the store and saw the manager in the back room snacking!! She was so busy snacking that she could not help her own customer from the other day. I cannot believe how disrespectful she was, and the tone of voice the manager had with me. After yelling at one another, she then decided to make the exchange only if i would spend more money. I would not have spent another dime if i didnt know where else to buy my products. Recently i have discovered RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET ANOTHER BEAUTY SUPPLY EMPIRE BEAUTY, which has better sales on almost all their products 50% off! So if you have experienced horrible service at this store before, try the place across the street.
