I'd heard rave reviews about Texas Twins BBQ in Copperfield and decided to order our Thanksgiving Fried Turkey, Honey Smoked Ham and huge pecan pie from them. Oh my goodness, everyone RAVED about the turkey and ham, so juicy and seasoned perfectly. I had to give TexTwins the credit so my family would not ask what my secret recipe was. Not to mention, the turkey was so very pretty before we mauled it. The 8lb ham was bathed in sweet sauce, already sliced and HUGE. The pecan pie was seriously TEXAS-sized and soooo good. Everything was absolutely delicious and we'll definitely order again from them for Christmas. Service is so darn friendly and accomodating, the restaurant is spacious with a real Texas-style theme. Thank ya'll for saving me so much time and effort! Twelve thumbs up!
