Texas Twins Bbq

This is a ""hidden away"" restaurant off of Hwy 6 and is easily missed. But please make the effort to find it. So far we have had the beef, ribs and chicken and they all compete with the more well known chains in town and the sauce is good. Their side dishes are very well seasoned and are a notch above your usual potato salad and baked beans found in all BBQ restaurants. Steak night is awesome! I had my steak medium, came out perfect. Giant baked potato and salad were great as well. Everything was fresh and tasted great. A lot of friendly people hanging out afterwards for the comedy show. I'll have to check it out sometime. more

I'd heard rave reviews about Texas Twins BBQ in Copperfield and decided to order our Thanksgiving Fried Turkey, Honey Smoked Ham and huge pecan pie from them. Oh my goodness, everyone RAVED about the turkey and ham, so juicy and seasoned perfectly. I had to give TexTwins the credit so my family would not ask what my secret recipe was. Not to mention, the turkey was so very pretty before we mauled it. The 8lb ham was bathed in sweet sauce, already sliced and HUGE. The pecan pie was seriously TEXAS-sized and soooo good. Everything was absolutely delicious and we'll definitely order again from them for Christmas. Service is so darn friendly and accomodating, the restaurant is spacious with a real Texas-style theme.
