I went to another salon in town (the Loft), and I got horrible color not once but twice (the second was a redo). I found Shelby by searching for ""corrective highlights"" in Vegas and found she works up the street at Tonic II. She fixed my highlights from the other salon, and now my hair looks better than it did before I even got it colored. She knew right what to do and made me look like a normal human being! I think it takes a lot of talent to not only create great color, but to fix someone else's mistakes too. She did a GREAT JOB. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!
