Ben Block has been out to my house at least 3 separate times since I have lived in my house. Every time I need something done, he makes time for me promptly- usually the next day, and he tells me a time he's coming- not an 8 hour time block- and he actually shows up on time. In fact, once he called me just to let me know he would be about half an hour late, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Every time he has been out he's been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly (even goes out of his way to love on my 13 year old golden retriever). He always explains things so I can understand them, and lets me know honestly what he thinks is my best option. He goes above and beyond cleaning up after himself and making sure everything is how he found it. He has always been able to solve whatever problem we might be having, and I will use him as long as I'm living in the area!
