I just had my first appointment with Joshua this past weekend and it was completely FAB! He was open and honest about what I had originally wanted to do with my hair and how unrealistic it was. Instead he had a great creative idea for how to make my thin hair look thicker and more shiny than it ever has!
Pros: Atmosphere, Creativity, Personable, Detailed
