I have children with very different tastes, a major food allergy and a demanding schedule so meals have always been a bit of a challenge. I signed up for Portland Home Chef nearly two years ago and quality of daily life has improved dramatically as a result. No more racking my brain for menus acceptable to the entire family, shopping with precious weekend time, cooking at the end of a long workday, or throwing out uneaten food. The weekly menu selection is varied and appealing; the food is uniformly high quality and healthful; and the chef leaves the kitchen in immacuate condition. The arrangement could not be more convenient. And the most amazing thing is that I am actually saving money by avoiding restaurant meals and unwise shopping choices. On top of all that, Portland Home Chef provides excellent catering for in-home events, fresh fruits and vegetables from her organic garden, and is a dream to work with.
