Review content:
We decided to use this company after a consultation with a salesman. While we were skeptical using someone we didn't know, we went ahead because of the promise of using of a machine that picks up 90% of the dust. (was shown a picture of it too) Upon returning home, we found that there was an exorbant amount of dust. We asked the workman if that machine was used and they said no. When I called the company, I talked to the guy in charge who said they used a dustless machine. So one was lying--- I am sure you can guess who. After much interrogation by my husband the truth came out--- they are not allowed to use that machine in NYC. I understand a little dust but this seems like a really bad buisness practice. All we would have wanted was the truth! Not too much to ask. By the way, to be fair, the floors look good.
