Review content:
Have been here several times. After a shaky start when they first opened(as expected), this place has evolved to be a nice surprise! The quality of the food and the vast menu selection is a welcomed change for this area. In addition, the classy interior decor sets a really nice ambience-something most local establishments lack. The entrees are not ""over done"" with heavy sauces but, instead, are simple and elegant. Although they are definitely not the cheapest place to eat in the area, the prices are easily on par with other comparable restaurants. The problem is that La Porte is not accustomed to upscale food in this immediate area so, as the adage goes, ""you usually get what you pay for.""
