Businiess name:  Joseph Tambellini Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Three floors, two bathrooms with one stall each with the ladies on the second floor. Heavy, greasy, oversauced 1970s style food that the chef must have learned to cook from his great-grandmother. Unless you want overpriced food buried in heavy sauces don't bother. The atmosphere is like a funeral parlor. And I actually heard the owner instruct his Ma?tre d' not to give a table to a particular server because the guest was a bigot. There are a lot of fine 21st century restaurants out there with owners who don't cater to antebellum prejudice. Try them instead! Pros: If you want retro cuisine from the 1970s look no farther.. Cons: Otherwise don't bother!
