Review content:
We had our pictures done back in 2004. We got our proofs back in a timely manner, but due to my Mother in law being diagnosed with terminal cancer, it was almost a year later before we contacted them about getting the actual pictures ordered. No return phone calls and we finally contacted the Business Bureau. They responded with an offer to print our pictures for us for an additional $100 charge since ""prices had gone up"". Whatever. We agreed, emailed them and asked them to let us know that they had found our negatives that we left with them. No response. Still no response...not happy to hear everyone else's tales...we at least did get 2 sets of our proofs. Horrible customer service.
