Review content:
Judging by my recent experience, I'm surprised at how busy and popular this office is. Other reviewers offer a warm and fuzzy feeling about this place, but my experience was quite the opposite. The staff was confused and disorganized about the purpose for my visit, which took several phone calls to schedule. The assistant who checked me in was apathetic at best. The doctor was preoccupied, apathetic and slightly irrirated by me. She gave me information to take with me and then disappeared without so much as a goodbye or ""call me if you have questions."" I waited thinking she was coming back but she never did. I had no idea that I'm that irritating, but apparently I am. After waiting weeks for the appointment, I was very disappointed at the outcome and I left feeling like I had wasted my time. I won't be going back, but I doubt they will notice.
