Review content:
I've lived in Kirkland for many years have been going to Rikki Rikki as my primary sushi spot on the east side. However, lately I've been very disappointed in the quality of the food that they have been serving. It's come to the point where it doesn't matter how sweetly the servers treat me (because I am a regular) or how many coupons and discounts are offered. The quality has definitly gone down. I ordered a crunchy roll (which used to be my favorite) but it was cold and the ""crunchy"" part was actually chewy. And I agree with the other guy who said that the place is ""sticky"". I sat in the booth section of the restaurant and I had to ask the server if she could wipe my table down. Even with that, it was still sticky afterwards. I've politley complained a few times about the quality of the food and then I get offered a comp or a discount. I guess that would be good for someone who's frugal or doesn't care about the quality as long as it's cheap. But I do and the quality just does't seem to be getting better. While all else failed, the service was great. Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: Food Quality, Cleanliness, Manager Response to Complaints
