Review content:
We've had some problems with the management: capricious pet policy, passive-aggressive enforcement practices, and some failure to fix things in a timely manner. There are also some noise problems occasionally due to the UCMT dorms being located there.
Covered parking is available, but expensive.
Overall, we felt we were paying a rather high price for a strictly average apartment. Although it does have a great view of the city if you're on one of the upper floors.
