Review content:
Covered Parking is expensive, Office staff are unavailable evenings and weekends (when working people are off work). There is a galley instead of a full size kitchen. Few washers and dryers (and inconsiderate tenants who leave laundry in machines which could otherwise be used). Can't put boxes down the garbage chute, yet the dumpster is locked. Management can forget about a service request for a few days, yet heaven help the tenant who is late with rent (outlandish late fee!!!)
Pros: great view!!
Cons: management-centric poor customer service
