I loved West Hills. We went there last year to see about trading in our car because of financial difficulties and due to how off balance what our car was worth and what we owed they couldn't help us unless we had a down payment (understandable).. But they did refer us to a different insurance company which cut our premium in HALF! And helped out incredibly. We saved up some money and went back a few months later. Frank found several cars for us with wonderful safety features! (Seeing that I am pregnant and want to know my family and I are safe.) We now got out of our old financial burden and into a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber that will pay for itself alone in gas savings. Thank you West Hills! We love our new car!
