I recently bought a Jeep Liberty from West Hills and had by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! In the past I have had some unpleasant experiences with buying a new car and was not very excited about starting the process again. I live in Seattle and the commute to Bremerton was well worth it! I found West Hills through the USAA's online car buying service. Our sales associate, Mel, was wonderful. During the test drive he pointed out key performance and safety features the vehicle came equiped with. I never felt rushed or pressured into making the purchase or adding additional features. They did not have the exact vehicle that I wanted in stock, but had it delivered the next day. Everyone that we worked with was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I recieved a ridiculously great deal on the price of the car with no uncomfortable haggeling. Overall wonderful experience, great staff, and I will definately return to this dealership for my next car purchase. more

The guys there at west hills have been great to work with. This is my first review for them but i have purchased several cars from them. The most recent purchase was a 2011 challenger SRT8. I loved West Hills. We went there last year to see about trading in our car because of financial difficulties and due to how off balance what our car was worth and what we owed they couldn't help us unless we had a down payment (understandable).. But they did refer us to a different insurance company which cut our premium in HALF! And helped out incredibly. We saved up some money and went back a few months later. Frank found several cars for us with wonderful safety features! (Seeing that I am pregnant and want to know my family and I are safe.) We now got out of our old financial burden and into a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber that will pay for itself alone in gas savings. Thank you West Hills! We love our new car! more

Got a phone call within like 40 minutes of sending them an email expressing my interest in a certain jeep. When i went in, i was immediately intercepted, and within 10 minutes i was driving the jeep around. I just moved to the area and from what people have told me that Westhills is the best there is. I went to Westhills Jeep looking to buy a used car and met Tyson Stanley. Tyson really took care of me. He had answers to any and all questions I had promptly and efficiently while being very proffesional. As I said I am new to the area and Tyson took it upon himself to let me know about local things to do and I really appreciated that. My husband and I went in over the weekend to trade in 2 vehicles on a new truck. We have worked with Frank Jeffers before and he is the only dealer in the Kitsap Peninsula that I will purchase a vehicle from. He is very low-pressure, makes it easy and is fair and honest. Less than stellar credit, the need for a vehicle in a pinch, and stress...other local dealerships played games with us, trying to get us to finance something we didn't want so they could make their quota for the month. In frustration, we took a wrong turn in to the West Hills auto complex and it was the best ""mistake"" we ever made! Freddy was a patient sales person, the finance department worked their tails off, and we ended up with a family vehicle (08 Dodge Caravan) that is both quality and within our budget.
