Review content:
Like the other reviewer, I would recommend the bacon cheeseburger (aka the Cheddarburger), although there's a science to ordering it that my friends and I haven't quite cracked. You can get it rare, but not if someone else orders it medium. And it will be less rare the more people are in the restaurant. And sometimes they'll run out of kaiser rolls and you'll get it on a smaller bun. But when they have the kaiser rolls and the kitchen isn't too busy, it's the best burger in the metro area.
Also recommended are the #3 breakfast special and the spinach omelette. The waffles really are excellent. The rest of the menu is hit-or-miss, but at 2:30am I would take Brinkley's over Amphora or B&E's any day.
Pros: Vampires
Cons: Drunk rednecks
