Review content:
This place may look pretty and have games/toys to distract the kids but I would NEVER come back or recommend this place. Some of the staff were patient and nice. One X-ray technician basically grabbed my daughter's face when she moved her face (she's THREE for god's sake)! Then I was told that she had multiple cavities and I should get fixed done NOW and that she NEEDS to be sedated! (By the way, My daughter went to another dentist at Hermosa six months ago with no cavities.) So not knowing anything, I let them do the procedure. Stupid me, I know. They sat me down and explained the cost to me (sedation was not covered by insurance and is very expensive $300+). After they were done, my daughter couldn't walk from the drugs so I carried her to my car after they told me that I was done. I got a phone call an hour after I left the office and they told me that if I didn't pay, I would be charged a late fee!!! Seriously? I always thought that dentists bill you for charges (that's how my personal dentist is anyway). If they just let me know in the office, I would have paid it, no questions asked. Did I need to be threatened with a late fee within one hour of leaving the office? I think that this place has making money in mind more than they care about what's ethical to do.
