We parked at LAX Park Place on June 19. Taking their shuttle into LAX was like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. In an act of belligerence, the very foreign driver chose to collide HARD with another motorist who was trying to change lanes. He wasn't considering the fact that he had a full-load of passengers and luggage...he just wasn't going to let that guy in! We all flew on the floor and I sustained a whiplash that caused significant pain during my business trip and required several chiropractic visits upon my return.
Cons: Poor or no customer service...treated badly for being an American woman.
