We were flying out Thanksgiving morning, and we had a reservation to park our car here. When we got to the lot, an attendant approached us, looked at our reservation, and told us we would have to wait about five minutes (there was one car in front of us). Five minutes passed. Then ten. Finally, twenty minutes later, the attendant came back and told us that the lot was full, and that even though we had a reservation that we had paid a deposit on, we wouldn't be able to park there. The people in front of us, and those in the line that had accumulated in back of us were told the same thing. Because it was Thanksgiving weekend, all the other lots were full, too, and we ended up having to park at the airport for $30 day. I wish I had checked Yelp or other review sites before I had made the reservation, because these guys only have an average of 1.5 stars.
