Took our 10 month old puppy to the clinic for an allergic reaction to a bee sting on a sunday evening around 6pm. (our vet uses them as their after hours cover) Everyone was extremely caring from the receptionist to the tech to the doctor. Because this is something that could happen again, the doctor instructed us on what we could do in the future to immediately help our puppy and possibly avoid a trip to them. The fee was reasonable for an emergency visit, and shot at $175. They also contacted our vet to let them know our puppy as seen so they could follow up with us. I would absolutely use them again if there was a need.
