Word from the ""wiser""...they make you go thru the home after setting it so you can see any problems that need to be fixed - they have you do it in a hurry, so you really don't have time to look at the little things. When winter came - 3 months later - one room was sooo cold. Called Bell several times & they finally sent out someone to check. They think an area in the wall is missing insulation. Can't get them to help, stopped returning calls, etc. Watch out!! They don't stand behind their products.
