I am currently dealing with the same problems! The house was put on the lots in June, sat there and then finally got put together a few weeks later. While it sat on the lots, the breakfast bar cut thru the plastic. And of course, it rained. It ruined that one ""wood"" section. Here I am, a year and one month later and am still dealing with this. They promise someone will be out there soon. I finally had to get ugly and they point the finger at me. I'M the one that wasn't clear on what needed to be repaired. That's why it has taken so long for them to repair it?? Oh, they had to let go of the guy who does repairs, he kept dropping the ball. But in the mean time, they ASSUMED he had fixed what needed to be fixed in my house. I did not notify them about it, so they had no idea. Although I called constantly and I kept getting the same general answer, ""It'll get done this week sometime!"" Very unhappy and feel stuck!!! more

Word from the ""wiser""...they make you go thru the home after setting it so you can see any problems that need to be fixed - they have you do it in a hurry, so you really don't have time to look at the little things. When winter came - 3 months later - one room was sooo cold. Called Bell several times & they finally sent out someone to check. They think an area in the wall is missing insulation. Can't get them to help, stopped returning calls, etc. Watch out!! They don't stand behind their products. more
