Don,t know about the sales dept. but the service department ain't worth a dam. Talked to Ross (service advisor) explained an electric problem we had with our slides. He told us bring it over they had mechanics looking for work. We left it and was told time and materials. A day or so passed a mechanic called me and he asked a few questions and figured out the problem. I picked it up a week later $1,100.00 OK it is fixed. Drove it home to Austin 150 miles. The next day parked it and put the slides out tried putting my leveling jacks down and no power dead. Called Ross at Holiday world and asked if I could talk to the mechanic to see if and where he worked on the wires for the slides. I was told in a very rude attitude that they could not have done anything and the mechanic is on flat rate and don't talk to customers What happened to them looking for work and time and materials? After I explained to him that the jacks were working when I left the motor home with them. He then tells me in a pissed off attitude that he will talk to the owner and see if the mechanic can call me the next day. This never happened he wasn't man enough to call me back. I looked up HWH website and found the main power supply for both slides and jacks within 30 min I found the problem when they installed new wire ends in the main panel for the slides they unplugged the hot wire for the jacks and left it tied up in the loom. Looks to me like they tell you what you want to hear get your money then TU-FF still no call back.
