I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Holiday world has had my NEW camper for over 6 months within the first year for simple repairs. I have been ran through every excuse and 4 different service advisors (can’t keep employees) who “drop the ball.” The current repair has been at holiday world for 4 months and counting for a grey water tank. Last week I was informed my unit was ready to be picked up, when I arrived not one repair was complete and my unit looked to be ran sacked(bed mattress’ thrown on the floor). The next RV dealership is within walking distance I would advise to go there don’t make the same mistake I did. Contact me for proof if needed. more

I purchased a new 3800RE Montana fifth wheel trailer\r from Holiday World Katy last weekend. I would like to say a very big Thank\r You to Chuck Keller the sales person who treated me and my wife with the\r up-most respect and Chuck is the one who sold us on the new Montana when we\r was looking for a used fifth wheel trailer. Chuck did a super great job on\r answering all of our questions and explaining all the options we had. \r \r I would like to say a very big Thank You to Frank who walked me and my wife\r through our new Montana and explaining everything on our new trailer to us\r very well. Frank did a great job helping us out with all of our questions\r about the new Montana.\r \r Thank You Holiday Would for making this purchase a great experience for me and my wife, and to Chuck and Frank.\r more

VERY unacceptable business practices!!!!! Went in on a Friday to buy a 5th wheel. Went back on Saturday to make credit app, etc. Gave them a down payment, not a deposit, for $6500. Was told that if we didn't get the loan terms we wanted, we'd have the option to continue or call off the deal. WELL....before we got approved for our loan, they ran our down payment through the bank!!!!! A down payment is not a deposit!!! A down payment is to be processed at the same time as the loan!!!! This place will NOT see us again!!!!! more
