If I could rate Local Green Maids less than 1 star I definitely would. I was moving into my apt and needed an initial cleaning from the prev tenants. First, the tech arrived 40 mins late and forget several tools needed to clean my apt. I got the special 3 hr cleaning. I had to leave, so I came back the next day to see the job done and it looked NO different, there was dust everywhere and it looked as if he didnt even attempt to clean!! After calling and complaining, they set up another appt the next day. I waited over 30 mins until I finally told them not to bother and I wanted a refund. I have called sev times for this refund and no one calls me back...and the one woman, KIMBERLY, even hung up on me!!
DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM SERVICE!!! They will take your money and do nothing!
