Local Green Maid LLC

Dear Neighbors and Potential Customers! Do not ever use this Local Green Maid service. I made a reservation for the Maid Service at 11 am and Carpet Cleaning service at 1 pm for the past Saturday. On Friday, the day before, I even confirmed the appointments. I waited for them since 10 am until 1 pm on Saturday. Nobody showed up. Nobody even called. So, I called the office numerous times to see if they would be even coming. Of course, the office is open from Monday through Friday. Therefore, they did not answer on Saturday. I left them a few messages that their team has not shown up. At least, I thought they would call me back on Monday to apologize and to follow up. No calls. I would never use this terrible company service. You are wasting your time and your energy on this Local Green Maid. I ended up renting a carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot. It costs only $28 for 24 hours. Local Green Maid is not professional. They do not deliver the service that was arranged and I was willing to pay for. Furthermore, what a terrible customer service? After they screwed up, they do not even follow up with their customers. When I called them again on Monday, of course, they do not answer the phone. This company should not even open for their business. more

If I could rate Local Green Maids less than 1 star I definitely would. I was moving into my apt and needed an initial cleaning from the prev tenants. First, the tech arrived 40 mins late and forget several tools needed to clean my apt. I got the special 3 hr cleaning. I had to leave, so I came back the next day to see the job done and it looked NO different, there was dust everywhere and it looked as if he didnt even attempt to clean!! After calling and complaining, they set up another appt the next day. I waited over 30 mins until I finally told them not to bother and I wanted a refund. I have called sev times for this refund and no one calls me back...and the one woman, KIMBERLY, even hung up on me!! DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM SERVICE!!! They will take your money and do nothing! more
