I would not recommend using this company. The services were performed to replace the well casing and it failed the inspection. We had already paid for the services. Our calls to the company were met with a rude woman from the home office. She made it clear to me that I wasn't being as nice to her as she expected and said all kinds of things to me. I just wanted the well problem resolved. When I called the owner's personal cell and left a message, the calls were never returned. I called about 20 times. I had to tell my busy husband, a busy executive, who had to call the owner, who didn't return the phone calls. That night my husband called again and had to leave a message that if he didn't hear from them in 24 hours we would have to submit a fraud claim to the credit card they were paid through. They did come out the next day after that phone call to resolve the problem. Another issue we had was that they installed a new pump without our permission and wanted to charge us another $700 plus, until my husband called them to remove the new one and put in the origional pump that was still working. I would not do business with this company again.
