Excellent Greek Food! 12/9/2005

Athenian Garden has fantastic food and service. Their chicken souvlaki is my favorite, and their Greek salads are delicious. Lunch plates are very inexpensive, and the service is fast and courteous. I must also say a word about their desserts. EVERY one I've ever tried is outstanding, but their Napoleons are to die for! This business has been around in St. Pete forever, and it's because they combine great food with fantastic service and reasonable prices. more

Best Greek Salad in town! 8/21/2005

I lived in California for ten years, and was never able to find a Greek salad that compared to Athenian Gardens! It is a small restaurant, but clean and comfortable. Casual atmosphere, great food, and reasonable prices. The restaurant seems quite popular. The friendly staff is always bustling about. Call ahead for carryout. more

This restaurant is one best for Greek food. They have great gyros. They also have plate specials that are quite inexpensive. The high quality greek cuisine will have you coming back. They have four restaurants in the st. pete area. They also have a catering service for events. And they have carry-out for in home dining pleasure. more

Great Greek! 7/21/2005

Athenian Gardens has the best Greek food in town! I have been going here since I was a little kid. Their Greek salads and potato salad are to die for!! Who knows what they put in that potato salad, but it is probably the best I have ever tasted! Their prices are extremely reasonable, and the quality has always been good. When you stop in try to make room for one of their yummy Greek pastries. Their gyros are also awesome. Take out is also a breeze! more
