I had received a gift certificate for a massage at Moda and decided to add on a facial. I went this past Tuesday and had an outstanding massage with Patricia and a wonderful facial with Anna. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist and also met Lorraine, who had called me to confirm the appointment and had been very accommodating in working with my schedule. I was escorted to the lounge area and offered bottled water and/or tea, prior to heading into the cozy locker room. I changed into a plush robe and slippers and headed back to the lounge to wait for my massage therapist. Patricia promptly came to get me and a blissful massage awaited me. Patricia was very professional and competent, and this was one of the best massages I have ever had. After a very relaxing, destressing massage, I moved into a different room for my facial with Anna. She gave me a clear and open consultation and then gave me a magnificent facial. I have been to spas in Miami, New York, San Francisco and Europe, and both treatments were world-class. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing; the lighting was very dim, the music soothing, and no outside noises intruded. Both Patricia and Anna were a delight to talk to and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Moda for a wonderful experience!
