Review content:
The front office staff was immature, disrespectful, and VERY rude. As I stood at the desk to sign in for my appointment, they continued to gossip and giggle like spoiled children. My stylist, Jenny, however, was very personable and did a great job on my hair. My husband loved the cut and style. She is the only reason I would return. The ""manager"" walked through as I was standing at the desk to pay, saw that the staff was ignoring a customer (again), and did not say a word. My job sends me around the United States and I usually visit salons where I stay. The reception staff sets the tone of the salon. This front desk says ""Moda is for spoiled brats who only want to say they've been to the salon with Daddy's money, NOT for real women who earn excellent salaries and expect the services they pay for to be the best available."" I may return for the hairstylist, but it will be despite the rude desk staff, and I would never attempt any other service in this salon.
Pros: Hairstylist was wonderful
Cons: RUDE desk staff. Manager who seems not to care.
